Selling my house with Joanne Gillet was an exceptional experience. She and her staff at Edge of the Beach Realty made the sale of my house a very easy time for me. She and her staff were always available, every thing was explained in terms I understood and she and her staff stood by me from the moment I signed the contract to list with Edge of the Beach Realty through the signing of closing documents and beyond. Joanne got the job done when another realtor couldn't. I had previously used another big box nationally recognized realtor to list my house, but in six months that realtor couldn't get the job done. Joanne got it done in 45 days.
