Along this difficult process Michail was with us every step of the way giving of his time on nights, weekends and all other times to help provide advice and guidance ultimately leading to us getting our dream home. Throughout the process Michail grew from our realtor to someone we now call a friend and part of our family. We were looking for a while to find our dream home but we knew what we wanted and would not settle for anything less. Michail supported us each and every step of the way and when we encountered other agents along the way, they would suggest to us just list your house you will find something, where Michail truly understood that we did not want to cause chaos or uproot our family and have to move our children from the schools they were in. Michail was patient and provided excellent guidance along the way when it came to making offers listing our house, consoling us when we did not get houses we thought we wanted and provided excellent recommendations for mortgage brokers real estate attorneys and inspectors when the time finally came. Michail knew the entire market very well and was extremely prepared. When we finally found our dream home, our old house was listed the next day at the price that we had discussed and agreed to and it sold in one day over asking for more than we thought we would get because of his recommendations along the way including to take pictures of the house prior to being ready to list so we could just click list at a moments notice as we did here. This helped Michail arrange for our closing on our new dream home and our old house to take place consecutively and Michail arranged for us to have a few days to move from one house to another comfortably and as stress free as possible. We truly cannot thank Michail enough for all of his patience, knowledge, expertise, guidance and support along the way and are extremely thankful for how this process all played out thanks in large part to Michails hardwork.
