About Joanna Rallo

I decided that after years of owning and managing rental properties I would take it to the next level. I was a Senior Buyer/Planner in the purchasing department for a major corporation for about 12 years. My communication and negotiation skills were sharpened and I felt that this would add value to my broker services. I truly want what is best for my clients, even if I do not get the sale. I am a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and trained in the latest Real Estate technology as an e-PRO realtor. I am a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), a Green Designee educated on efficiency and sustainability and a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I am experienced in residential sales for buyers and sellers, relocation, first time buyers, investment, 1031 Exchange, vacation homes, land, horse property, luxury and more.
