ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great time working with Joanna for several reasons. She has clear communication skills and is very detailed, her response time is amazing. She's punctual, knew the area very well. Was not pushy yet very informative, accurate, honest and very easy to talk to via phone, email and text. Very sweet disposition yet not afraid to advocate for her clients in the most professional way. She has a very calm demeanor which i found to be a very crucial trait as buying can be stresseful, she stayed positive but also warned us of the things that could go wrong and would go wrong. There was no hidden agenda, she was there to help us and she succeeded. We asked to see a condo which we did not end up buying but Joanna brought us to another condo immediately without telling us to make another appointment with her or come back at a later date or time. She just said follow me I'll show you another place. We ended up buying that second condo. This is someone who really does have your best interest in mind. I felt comfortable with Joanna through the entire buying process. Joanna's husband even helped towards the end, our experience was great!
