Luke loves what he does; that's apparent. He will find the home you're looking for. Luke was never too busy for phone calls or texts. He has a great knowledge for real estate. Luke also knows what to look for when purchasing a home. I found him to be enthusiastic, honest, determined & very friendly. He also has a vast referral list should anything come up. Luke showed us a bunch of homes recently for us to buy. He was always responsive, responsible and courteous. He was also prompt and punctual with all the showing appointments. His extensive knowledge and expertise were very helpful while walking through each property. He would point out specific features and shortcomings in the property that we wouldn't otherwise have noticed. He would warn us about future problems or challenges if we bought the property. I learnt several things myself thru our interactions.He is a very pleasant, courteous and thoughtful person to work with. He always met all our demands without any complaint. He answered all our questions patiently and promptly. He is an excellent realtor. We bought a property he showed. We truly enjoyed the visits with him. Kudos to him for his efforts. We recently purchased our house through Luke Hegstrom with JoAnn Gadkowski Team of the Berkshire Hathaway HS Rocky Mountain Realtors. He came highly recommended by a friend couple of ours who had a great experience working with him for their house hunting last year. Our experience with Luke was equally wonderful from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and dedicated. He was available whenever he was needed, from showing us a house on a weekend, drawing up our offer on a Sunday, being present at all the home inspections, to promptly returning our calls and replying to our e-mails and messages. He was also reliable, trustworthy and thorough. Even though we had a tight schedule to close on our house, Luke made sure everything was completed on time and all were done right with home inspection, engineer consultation, and appraisal. He followed through to confirm all the repairs on the home inspection objections were completed and checked them personally prior to and during our final walkthrough. His attention to details and diligence definitely made the process of buying a house a breeze for us. He also went above and beyond to serve his clients. He would provide us with info such as rekeying, trash services and utilities so we will have a smooth transition into our new home. For anyone who is in need of realtor services, we highly recommend Luke Hegstrom!

Luke was absolutely amazing to work with. He truly knows the real estate business inside and out!
