Luke showed us a bunch of homes recently for us to buy. He was always responsive, responsible and courteous. He was also prompt and punctual with all the showing appointments. His extensive knowledge and expertise were very helpful while walking through each property. He would point out specific features and shortcomings in the property that we wouldn't otherwise have noticed. He would warn us about future problems or challenges if we bought the property. We recently purchased our house through Luke Hegstrom with JoAnn Gadkowski Team of the Berkshire Hathaway HS Rocky Mountain Realtors. He was available whenever he was needed, from showing us a house on a weekend, drawing up our offer on a Sunday, being present at all the home inspections, to promptly returning our calls and replying to our e-mails and messages. Even though we had a tight schedule to close on our house, Luke made sure everything was completed on time and all were done right with home inspection, engineer consultation, and appraisal.
