I have use Joan Sroka , twice, first in buying our home on our move to florida. I can not say enough good things about Joan, she went above and beyond, what ANY other realtor i have dealt with. She was there to help in any way we needed her. Then this year i listed that home in florida, again, she was very helpful in selling my home, and again above and beyond what most realtors would ever do for their clients.
