We sold our house of 14 years 7 months ago and we made comment about Joan and her staff at the time. In a nutshell the Joan Pratt Group was simply spectacular. We have had time to let that feeling simmer and we have experienced real estate transactions with other organizations. I had to confirm our initial feelings with emphasis. Joan and the crew are exceptional. They are extremely knowledgeable and have all the contacts one would need to prepare for a sale or purchase of real estate. But above all and even more than their friendship and wonderful outlook on life they are honest. And I mean honest in ALL things, not just the sale or purchase. I had been dreading the home-buying process but a friend recommended Joan Pratt and her team and she really helped to put me at ease. When we first started, I was unsure of what and where I wanted to buy and she was very helpful in helping me identify the type of home and districts that would be best for me. As we put offers on houses, I was growing impatient and frustrated at the housing market but she was very patient and provided support and encouragement to stay the course. Lastly, when I finally found a house I feel like she negotiated extremely well and helped me to get a great deal without overpaying. Overall, I thought Joan and her team were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house in the Denver area.

My family moved from out of state, and Joan took the time to show us properties in many different neighborhoods and guided us to find the right home. She went above and beyond in a tough market with low inventory by reaching out to former clients and owners of off-market properties to try to make inventory for us. She is very knowledgable about all aspects of house construction and pointed out things to us that were helpful in our decision making. We never felt pressured to buy anything. Once in escrow, her team was very helpful in moving the process along and keeping us informed. I highly recommend using Joan and team.
