Joan was absolutely amazing! I dont use this word a lot for people. I have bought other properties over my lifetime, but this is the first time I had a realtor that went above and beyond. Joan has lived in Wildwood all her life, and it shows. She knows this area (and other neighboring beach towns) like the back of her hand. She brought a ton of experience that helped make this purchase even possible. She was very reachable aEUR" utilizing text and phone and emails throughout the day and all hours. When I had issues with my bank, Joan had referrals available. Even after I bought the home, Joan provided me phone numbers and names for any contractor or repair man I could think of asking her. Joan is currently helping me rent my home seasonally, on days that I wont be using it. I am confident she has the skills and tools necessary get this done.
