When I first met Christy Jiang it was to interview her to be my agent to sell my house. From the beginning of the interview, I felt very comfortable with her. Her personality was very friendly and calming. She explained everything to me beginning with the process of putting my house on the market, presenting it to brokers and the public, to a final sale and the closing procedures. First we discussed if anything needed to be done to the house prior to being put on the market. She then arranged for pictures to be taken of my home and put online. Open houses were scheduled to make brokers and the public aware of my house.Christy always followed up with prospective buyers and agents that had a real interest in my home. Whenever I had a question about the selling process or when and if I needed to lower the selling price, Christy used her expertise to advise me. Since I was out of town for most of the time that my home was on the market, I relied on Christy tremendously. If there was a problem that needed to be fixed in my home, Christy would know who I could call to repair it and, if need be, she would go to my home and be there with the repairman while he took care of the problem. Many times I thought "how can I do this without Christy"? I definitely recommend Christy to anyone interested in selling their home. Christy was responsible for helping our family purchasing a new house in the target area and selling our old house. She is one of the best real estate professionals I have worked with, and because of her skills and expertise, we found the ideal house that suits our needs and sold our old house both in a very short period of time.Christy is very knowledgeable about the markets she serves, and she listened to our needs and quickly helped us narrow down to a handful of good candidate properties. We had worked with 5 different realtors in the last 12 years in the NJ area. Christy was the best. She was very gentle, respectful, calm (I guess most people need these when doing an intensive buying project), yet very strong in communication and negotiation process for us. Our house hunting and buying process with her was very pleasant and efficient! She cared for her customers. She had double and triple checked our satisfactory level before giving out an offer. No house is 100% perfect, she helped us to prioritize our preferences and we finally found our 95% perfect house (100% satisfied pricing)!She is also very knowledgeable, professional in many aspects. The inspector and attorney she referred to us are extremely helpful too. Christy and the home inspector together helped us to locate almost 7k repair work list. She and the attorney successfully persuaded the seller to fix almost everything!Our closing schedule was pretty tight (as life is complicated, you have to balance sometimes), Christy was always available and always kindly educate and remind us what to do next. She is a wonderful realtor and we definitely recommend her!!
