She has been helping us since the first day we decided to buy a house which is more than a year ago. At first we were debating to find an existing home or build a new home. Jing has been helping us with both options. At the end we decided to build a new home. Jing has been helping us get the lot, find a builder and get a blueprint since the first day . During the construction process, we were on overseas travle for more than 2 months. During our absence, Jing helped us monitor our home constructoin process on site, kept us updated frequently, provided suggestions and helped us picked up mutliple super heavy packages and delivered to our new home. Also, builing a new home is not easy espeically for our first-home buyer. Jing has been helping us visiting all the appliance, construction materials, carpets, garge and other stores, made suggestions and helped us make decisions. She also helped us very well negotiate with the builider and check our paperwork carefully. We really appreicate all Jing's help. We will definitely recommend Jing to other friends and also ask Jing for any future home purchase or sale.
