Jimmy Stewart

Jimmy was born in Alliance Nebraska and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was awarded the Eisenhower Evans Academic Scholarship (full tuition scholarship) and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in marketing and management. Additionally, Jimmy earned his General Contracting License in 2006. Jimmy and his family have lived in the Northern Colorado area since 1990. He has been married for over 37 years to his awesome wife Sarah and they have three wonderful children, Jenna, A.J. and Tanner. When not practicing real estate Jimmy enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling and watching his two boys play lacrosse. Jimmy is a strong supporter of CSU athletics including the CSU Men's Lacrosse team where our oldest boy A.J. Stewart is a junior attackman. Go RAMS. Presently Jimmy Stewart is a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. His real estate career began in 2006 where he utilized his contracting background and knowledge as a real estate Investor to flip homes. In 2008, Jimmy became a fully licensed Realtor concentrating on helping families stay out of foreclosure through successful short sale transactions. He is very proud that he has helped over 100 families stay out of foreclosure during the recession. Jimmy's still specializes in helping homeowners who are behind on their payments as well as helping couples who are navigating divorce. More recently his concentration has been helping individuals and families buy and sell in a more traditional market. He enjoys finding quality homes at below fair market value that are poised to appreciate. Jimmy utilizes many analytical tools to make sure his Buyer clients aren't paying too much for a home and his Seller clients are getting top dollar when they sell. Jimmy monitors the real estate market with a technical view to maintain a competitive advantage.
