Originally from Brooklyn in the Dyker Heights section, I moved to the New Dorp area of Staten Island in 1998 as a child and never looked back. The main reason I became a Realtor is to make sure that families do not go through rough times. I make sure I disclose everything they need to know and tell it as it is before they make a serious decision. My parents had no clue about Real Estate so they relied on their Realtor to walk them through both the selling and buying process. The Realtor failed them and their savings depleted. I will make sure this never happens to anybody whether you want to sell your home or buy a home. As a seller, you deserve to know the value of your home and deserve to know every single offer that is presented for your property. As a buyer, you deserve to know the ins and outs of the buying process, if the price range you are looking at makes sense for your budget so you do not go through rough times, plus the history of the homes you are looking at.
