Jimmy was awesome! He helped me so much through this complete process and worked with the contractor on things I need changed or completed. He knew my house sold quickly and made sure the contractor made it a priority to get my house completed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Coffee Co Realty to anyone that is moving to the Coffee county area. My family considers Jimmy family and now, he has even called me on several occasions to check on me and see if there is anything I need.

Jimmy was incredible and one of best realtors weve ever worked with. Very responsive and helpful to find local contractors and connections. He showed us several lake front homes in Middle TN area and even a couple not yet on the market. We were specific on waterfront with privacy and he found us the perfect home.

Diane Bolin is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She was so patient no matter how many times I called her with questions. She always got right back to me within minutes. She helped me sell the house I was very unhappy in and got me a great deal on my new house! She showed us many houses and didn't mind when we would find more to look at!
