He was quick to talk with us and we started looking at houses right away. After making some offers and coming up short, we had almost stopped looking. We found a listing on his site and decided to pursue it. Jimmy counselled us on how to put in an offer that said "we want this house" without overpaying, and then negotiated $15k in seller paid closing costs!
