ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time sellers, my husband and I were initially intimidated by the process of selling our condo. It didn't help that we were doing it from another country. When we first had our in person meeting with Sean and the team, any concerns and fears quickly disappeared. Most of our questions were answered right then and there, and any that needed more time were promptly answered the next day. Fabulous customer service. Sean had so much patience with us and always took the time to explain everything including any questions we had. A search on our condo turned up a permit with the city that hadn't been closed properly 10 years prior to us selling. Sean was willing to follow up with the original contractor, schedule many appointments with the city/inspections etc to finally get this permit closed. Simply incredible. Sean will definitely go above and beyond the regular duties of a Real Estate Professional for anyone who requires it. We were so fortunate to have had Sean work with us in selling our condo.
