We also had to make some repairs, Jimmie and Bob had a lot of connections to many contractors. We were able to get all the repairs finished in time for the inspection. I would highly recommend the Tapleys to anyone needing a buyers or sellers agent. I can't say enough how much we appreciated them.

Since I live out of state, my sister was able to interface with the Tapleys directly and I was tied in via conference call. Jimmie and Bob were excellent to work with and were very thorough in explaining all the detailed efforts required to complete the process from listing to closing. We were able to sell the house quickly and for a price above our original asking price (which I know sometimes doesn't happen!).
