Jim did a great job selling our house. We had an appointment for a buyer to look at the house the very day that it was listed and an offer to purchase the next day. His listing was nicely done. I contacted and tried to work with multiple agents before finding Jim Wooten. The others were more interested in my maximum budget and their profit rather than finding us what we wanted. This is not the case with Jim. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the process smooth and actually enjoyable. He was able to help out not only with the purchase of our property but also with local contacts for other things needed (septic, well, etc.). I would not hesitate to recommend him our utilize his services again. Simply excellent in all aspects.
