During the past four years I've listed and/or sold over $75 million in both new and resale homes, keeping me in the top 1% of realtors in the area. I have worked extensively with several premier local builders. Currently I am also involved in the development of Hampden Summit, a community of beautiful custom homes with sweeping views of the Susquehanna Valley. Jim and his partner Tim went above and beyond for me when I sold my house. I was living out of state and ended up with a repair list about 7 items long.
