Jim was wonderful to work with. Open to what we wanted. Provided good analysis of our situation during the showing and offer process. He was on site daily to make sure everything was working well (and discovered a failing hot water heater). He even mowed the lawn. I felt he was very professional and honest.

Jim did a wonderful job of helping us sell our house. He went above and beyond what was required of him as a realtor.
