From the initial phone call to look at the home (which was on a Sunday am and he called back within a few minutes). To the final closing, Jim lead and prepared me thru the process for a timely closing. He told me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear. And we went over and above to help with the situation to get the home ready for inspection. Jim is a consummate professional, and even better person. Jim is my realtor for life. Thank you Jim! ZillowVERIFIEDJim did an AWESOME job with our house search!!!! He answered all of my questions honestly and quickly. Jim went above and beyond any other realtor that we dealt with. He made himself available when other realtors said they were too busy. Jim is all about helping his clients, and making their home purchase/sale as smooth as he can make it. Jim is very knowledgeable on house values for the area from the research that he does. There were issues with an inspection at one of the houses we looked at, other realtors might not have mentioned it to us, but Jim being so honest and wanting to take care of us (his clients) advised us of the concern, so we were happy, not just him selling a house. I will recommend Jim to anyone I hear of that is looking for a new house, or looking to sell theirs. I can't thank you enough for all the effort you put into getting us the perfect house.

What I liked about Jim he doesn't come off as a used car salesman so many realtors remind me of a used car salesman they give you their opinion on everything when you might not even buy the house some realtors just try to hard Jim didn't if you asked for information he had it for you great realtor great guy.
