I retired in 2010 and shortly after I met my partner and girlfriend which was a realtor. I found that I really enjoyed working with her so much and working with all the different people I met that I decided to get my licence as a realtor. I try to be the best realtor I can be by helping my clients with all of their needs and making myself availabe 7 days a week and you can reach me between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm

I can't say enough great things about Jim. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire buying process. From the initial phone call to look at the home (which was on a Sunday am and he called back within a few minutes). To the final closing, Jim lead and prepared me thru the process for a timely closing. He told me what I needed to know, not what I wanted to hear. And we went over and above to help with the situation to get the home ready for inspection. Jim is a consummate professional, and even better person. Jim is my realtor for life. Thank you Jim! Jim was extremely helpful going above and beyond, helping me getting areas up to standard for FHA Jim was knowledgeable in advising me on things I could do to help increase the marketability of my home. He looked out for my interests throughout the sale process, and honestly cared! He stayed in touch with me constantly letting me know where we were at and what was coming up. I would highly recommend Jim to anyone interested in selling or purchasing a home. He was not only my agent, he became a friend.

Jim did an AWESOME job with our house search!!!! He answered all of my questions honestly and quickly. Jim went above and beyond any other realtor that we dealt with. He made himself available when other realtors said they were too busy. Jim is all about helping his clients, and making their home purchase/sale as smooth as he can make it. Jim is very knowledgeable on house values for the area from the research that he does. There were issues with an inspection at one of the houses we looked at, other realtors might not have mentioned it to us, but Jim being so honest and wanting to take care of us (his clients) advised us of the concern, so we were happy, not just him selling a house. I will recommend Jim to anyone I hear of that is looking for a new house, or looking to sell theirs. I can't thank you enough for all the effort you put into getting us the perfect house.

Jim Sproule is definitely the best realtor that I've used!! What I liked about Jim he doesn't come off as a used car salesman so many realtors remind me of a used car salesman they give you their opinion on everything when you might not even buy the house some realtors just try to hard Jim didn't if you asked for information he had it for you great realtor great guy.
