Relocating from out of state can be a challenge when time sometimes is an issue. Jim and Rebecca made time in their week to show us some homes. They knew exactly what we were looking for. After finding the perfect place they actually got the paperwork started before we were to head back out of state. They kept in constant contact while working on the deal for us. Closing was a breeze. Jim makes up for years of experience by knowing the local area like the back of his own hand. He was able to show us exactly the neighborhoods we were looking for as well as perfectly selecting homes we could live in just shortly after our first meeting. Every single time we called, sometimes with just minutes from our arrival in town, he was able to schedule showings and always met and/or exceeded our high expectations. He simply needs time to establish those years of experience by doing what he is so capable of doing. He made our search much more productive and enjoyable.
