I had a very pleasant experience working with Jim on the sale of my house. He is very responsive to texts and very knowledgeable in the local areas. I was able to get way above my asking price because Jim knows when people are trying to low-ball you. There was a lot of real estate stuff that I wasn't familiar with and Jim was patient to explain to me how the process works. Jim was also very prompt and responsive with the mortgage company and the paperwork moved very quickly. I would definitely do business with him again.
