Jim Lunsford

Jim's professional journey began when he received his insurance license in 2007 and started working as an AFLAC agent. After gaining experience in the insurance field, Jim developed an interest in real estate and began working behind the scenes at Prudential Hickory Metro to learn more about the industry. In 2010, Jim made the transition to working as a full-time REALTOR® at Prudential Hickory Metro Real Estate. His experience in the insurance industry and sales management gave him a unique perspective on the financial and investment aspects of real estate, which he has used to help his clients make informed decisions. In October 2014, Jim moved to the Wilmington, NC area, where he has continued to specialize in serving the New Hanover & Brunswick Counties in North Carolina, and Horry County in South Carolina. As a Broker in Charge for North & South Carolina at NorthGroup Real Estate LLC since June 2021, Jim is dedicated to providing the latest innovations in marketing and technology to his clients. In his free time, Jim loves to travel and discover new restaurants, movies, and hobbies like cooking and boating.
