Jim Loss is professional in every sense. He is candid and provides full disclosure. He was always instantly responsive. Jim was particularly helpful representing our interest in the lot we identified by keeping in touch with the Realtor who represented the seller. This assured the Realtor and lot owner were aware of our interest in the lot. When the timing was appropriate for our needs, we indeed purchased that same lot nearly a year after initially expressing interest. Jim was great. We had some bad experiences with realtors before Jim. He is very prompt and responsive. Jim took us through a lot of homes before we found the right one. Jim was amazing through the whole process. Never pushed any properties on us and was very thorough with his recommendations on homes and pointed out any potential issues with properties and advised us accordingly. Jim kept everything as smooth as possible and cant wait to work with him again in the future!
