ZillowVERIFIEDI met Jim during a difficult time. My father was ill and I was in process of moving him from Kansas City to my home in Springfield. I was trying to care for him, get him ready to move, and sell his home all at the same time. Jim made the home sale as simple for me as was possible! Since it wasn't my home, I didn't know much about it and my father wasn't able to provide much information. Jim was very knowledgeable about homes in that area and was able to answer my questions and concerns about any possible issues that with the house that might come up in the inspection. The house was under contract, for close to my asking price, within days of going on the market. I had moved my father to Springfield by that time so I could not arrange for repairs when needed. Jim took care of all of that and was able to get the repairs done for reasonable prices. I was able to complete all paperwork and payment to contractors online making the process very simple for me. Jim was very responsive - typically responding to my emails and texts in the same day. I highly recommend him!
