We first met Jim at the open house viewing of the home we now own and love! From the moment we met Jim he was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in purchasing a home. He answered all our questions earnestly and we had no hesitation requesting that he represent us as our realtor. He went out of his way to arrange late evening viewings of other homes we wanted to look at in the area and talked to us at length about everything we needed advice about. He was available to talk on the phone almost any time of the day or night when we had questions! And when we closed on our new home Jim was genuinely so happy for us and stopped by later on our first day there to celebrate with us!
