Jim tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge as a first time homebuyer, I put my trust into this man and he had me sign papers and I didnt know what I was signing, I had both FHA and conventional approval letters, he pushed me towards FHA which is not the best option for myself but a better option for him financially, he pushed me towards his lenders which were not giving me the best deals, this man is seriously shady, first time homebuyers beware, When I asked him to release me from my Realtor exclusivity he wanted me to pay him, he wanted some type of money to release me, this man is very greedy first time homebuyers beware

Jim is very attentive. He always promptly returned calls whether it was the night, weekend, whenever. He didnt push us to list but was right there when we were ready. He went out of his way to print out a contract and deliver it to us when our printer was not working. (On Fathers Day). He was efficient and easy to work with.
