? History of Garry Real Estate

Established in 2001, Garry Real Estate was the creation of James Garry one of Illinois Top Real Estate Agents. James, the oldest of 7, was born and raised in Bensenville, IL. He started his real estate career in 1985 at Century 21 Ferrari and was awarded the million dollar club award for 23 home sales in his first year.

In 1989, he moved to Red Carpet Sloan Realtors where he continued to excel in his career and was awarded the million dollar club again for outstanding performance. Fast forward to 1991, James switched offices to Century 21 Lullo in and then to Re/Max Preferred in 1997. In less than 4 years, James qualified for the Re/Max hall of fame.

Finally in 2001, he started Garry Enterprises Incorporated doing business as Garry Real Estate officially on 01/01/01. As a local independent office, Garry Real Estate is in top 10% of offices in DuPage county. Moving into 2021, we are proudly celebrating 20 years in business! This milestone provides us an opportunity to both reflect on our past and look forward to our future. We couldn't have done it without our awesome agents and great clients. Garry Real Estate serves all Chicagoland area with strong focus in DuPage County including Roselle, Medinah, Bensenville, Bloomingdale, Wood Dale. etc.
