We enlisted Jim's services to sell our house in San Francisco and to help us purchase another one. We was incredibly helpful throughout and a calm reassuring voice during the stressful process. He helped us navigate through our own complicated situation (selling & buying at the same time).Jim secured us multiple offers over asking price for our property. Unfortunately, we were not able to find an adequate new house to purchase (which was a contingency on our sale) and had to cancel the agreement. Despite this circumstance (and loss of commission), Jim remained positive, was very understanding, and continued to provide assistance to us. We are very grateful and highly recommend his services.

Jim, was wonderful to work with. I was going through a divorce from hell. Jim spent countless hours working to get our house sold and was very sensitive to the situation. Other agents may have walked away, but Jim stood in there dedicated and committed to his word to get the sale done. A year later he assisted me with the purchase of my condo. Again taking his time and working with selling agent and lenders to be sure the escrow closed and keys in hand on the initial date promised. If you are looking to sell or buy Jim is your guy.
