A former Wall Street, Registered Investment Advisor, from Texas, I hosted by own radio show both in the DFW and Houston markets for years. One thing I bring to clientele is my services in helping them with their investent porfolios if desired--which I find most folks in this dynamic retirement area, have a total mess given our ages! That said I am also a Cowboy, team roped in Texas for many years, and the combination of both have made me tough, as a negotiator and relentless pursuit of helping folks find the dream home for retirement years. I work with an incredible team of over 100 realtors and have learned over the past few years from the very best. I attend 3 meetings weekly, view 10-15 new listings by my firm in the Villages every single week, and have a great understanding of both the dynamics of the area, as well as the current market both conditions and availability of homes on the market at all times.
