Paul Stark was referred to us by our son-in-law, and selecting Paul as our Realtor was the best decision we made for our move from Iowa to Maryland. After a few phone calls and spending a day in person with him, he understood us, where we were coming from and what we were looking for. He was attentive, never pushy and always had our best interest in mind. Paul is a strong communicator, dedicated to ensuring we were connected and informed every step of the process from the sale of our home in Iowa to attending our Maryland Settlement appointment and handing over the keys. On several occasions, Paul went above and beyond bringing recommendations to us that we would not have thought about including that we consider negotiating for the best terms on our mortgage. Because of that, we got a better interest rate than the current market rate. We would also like to mention, Julie Franck, our Buyer Coordinator and the level of expertise and detail she has to help manage and coordinate the closing and settlement process.
