We have sold 8 homes in multiple states, and Jim is the best agent we had the pleasure of working with in selling our Farmington home. He took the time to get to know our home, with our favorite features and presented in the most professional manner. Jims team, especially Amanda, and his referrals for repairs were equally amazing. Given Jims extensive experience in construction industry, he actually did some of the repairs himself. Jim made an emotional and chaotic move much more bearable. We cannot imagine selling another house without Jims help.

Jim did an outstanding job assisting us with the sale of our home in Sandy. His expertise in the market was instrumental to the sale of our home. Jim was involved in all aspects of getting our home sold. There were a few hiccups, but Jim as was amazing. He was friendly, responsive, and did regular check-ins with us. We moved out of state and I knew Jim would do everything possible to get our home sold. If I buy a property in Utah again, I will "ONLY" use Jim as my realtor.

Jim was a blessing to us when we sold our house. He has a contracting background, and was able to tell us what needed to be fixed, and even did some small repairs! He guided us through the process, giving us timely advice, counseling us through a couple of problem buyers, and expedited everything.
