Jim has been advising me for a few years now so when I had the opportunity to hire him to sell my parents home there was no question that we would use him. Moving out of their home of 51 years was no small task. Jim had all kinds of connections and advice from movers to painters. We were able to accomplish do much in a very short time. ZillowVERIFIEDHAD AN IDEA TO SELL MY HOME IN SF AND MOVE TO AN AREA WITH LOWER HOME VALUES THAN SF, EAST BAY AREA. I DIDN'T WANT TO USE AN AGENT AT ALL. I WOULD BE IN BIG TROUBLE IF I DIDN'T. I DIDN'T KNOW JACK! A FRIEND RECOMMENDED HIS FRIEND JIM BAGDON. WE MET HE EXPLAINED HOW IT WOULD GO, SELLING MY HOME AND BUYING ANOTHER ONE. I WAS NOT OPTIMISTIC ABOUT ALL THIS. HE WENT TO WORK, FINDING SPECIFIC BUYERS WITH JUST ONE SHORT SHOWING. GOT AN OFFER AND I ACCEPTED. THEN HE HELPED ME FIND A BEAUTIFUL HOME IN VALLEJO WITH A KILLER VIEW. WITH MY HOME SOLD IN SF, I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE MY VALLEJO HOME IN FULL. JIM DID ALL THE LITTLE AS WELL AS THE BIG THINGS FOR MY SELLING AND BUYING DEAL, BOXES, INSPECTION, AND DRIVING ME AROUND, THAT REALLY HELPS. SUCH PERSONALIZATION, I'M IMPRESSED.
