ZillowVERIFIEDIn the fall of 22, my wife and I decided to investigate a move to Florida. Port Saint Lucie was one of the areas. I came upon Jillian?s reviews. She seemed to have good reviews and I decided to call her. I got a message machine and left a message. She returned my call promptly, listened to my various desires and amenities I was looking for in a house, asking questions. She sent listings that she thought might fit the bill and gradually, I think she got a sense of what I liked and did not like. We scheduled a trip to Florida, and she set up a day full of open houses. After a long day, and not much that we liked, she questioned us some more, wondering if we might look at some properties not quite in my desired description. We liked the next house; my wife loved it. We bought it last October. Our circumstances had us leasing it back to the owner for 6 months. Jillian?s job was done but she maintained contact with us monthly, checking in to see if we had any needs, informing us on events in our soon to be new neighborhood. We moved in a couple weeks ago. She has again contacted us advising us to keep certain documents. All in all, I thought she was a nice woman, thoughtful, professional, and caring. I would recommend her to any prospective buyer.
