ZillowVERIFIEDWith little experience in this process, we contacted her for help with the sale of our home. To sell her expertise to us, she was quick to tell us how many homes shes sold etc. When it came time to discuss the listing price, she did not listen to us, instead advised us to list our home significantly below its value. It was clear that her motive was likely a quick sale. After much back and forth, we were able to convince her to change the list price despite her discouragements that our home wouldnt sell as a result. Our home sold in first two days at our suggested list price. When we expressed our discontent with our experience working with her, it felt like she casually dismissed our concerns though did apologize. Overall, it wasnt a great experience for us. After researching, it seems her commission was also much higher than average, after consulting with a family member who is also a realtor in this state. The experience of selling your home should be as little stress as possible working with an agent who you feel listens to you. We didnt feel this was the case at all, unfortunately.
