With over 20 years of sales experience and 12+ years negotiating complex real estate transactions, Jill brings a refreshing perspective to the business of residential real estate. Her prior years working in the pharmaceutical industry, along with the impressive network of clients she has cultivated, has enabled Jill to bring buyers and sellers of properties together across the Greater Houston area. The Jill Smith Team is adept at strategizing the most complex negotiations, while maintaining a strong work ethic and compassionate nature. They are highly sought after authorities on residential real estate, especially in the Cypress area. Aside from real estate, Jill loves spending time with her college age children, traveling, reading, and snow skiing. Jill currently resides in the Copper Lakes subdivision located in the Cypress area. Jill believes in giving back to her community and currently serves as a Trustee for The Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, serves on the Compass Cares Committee, and has established a 501C3, JST Cares, in order to raise money for those in need within our local community. Jill is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
