ZillowVERIFIEDSimply put, Jill was astounding. I dont say that easily or lightly, as I have been accused of having extremely high standards - and I do. Jill exceeded them all. In todays world it is very rare to experience what we consistently experienced with Jill. From the very first interaction, she has been the consummate professional, always communicating, always available, even letting us know when she would be out of town or where she was going, so we weren't wondering "why Jill isnt responding", always advocating for us, always advising, always a partner, more than a realtor. One of the biggest impacts she made was within a very short period of time after we contacted her (as in hours), Jill left a package at our front door. In today's world, that was a standout. Very simple act but huge impact. It wasn't weeks later, it wasn't electronic. It was "immediate presence". It showed interest. And nothing disappointed after that - that set the bar and she exceeded afterwards, in everything. She provided great advice, but always left the ultimate decision to us. Simply put, she excelled. I can't imagine having anyone else sell our house. I would recommend Jill to anyone, except the person buying our house (I want Jill on our side!!!)
