About Jill Ingram

Jill was born in Baltimore County and is a Marine veteran. She enjoys working with other military families and investors. Helping her fellow service men, women, and "devil dogs" brings nothing but joy to her heart. Jill currently lives in Bel Air on a small farm with her two children who keep her on her toes, and her loving husband. Jill has always had interest in real estate, starting her journey as a property manager for 5-years traveling across the United States, until she settled down with a commercial real estate research firm. After getting married and having kids, she took a short break to play the role of "Momma" to focus on raising her two energetic children. After two years of being home, Jill decided to get into residential real estate. From there, she never looked back! She loves working with excited buyers and helping them find their dream home. I actually have been through a few Realtors, all of them made me feel it wasn't about what I wanted but them making a sale to move on to the next buyer - And I had to cut ties.Jill didn't give me that feeling and helped me feel comfortable to make one of the larger purchases in this lifetime. We must have looked at over 20 houses and put in close to half of that in offers. Jill helped me think outside the box to being able to place an offer that would stick and wouldn't break my bank. Jill showed me many houses, some multiple times. She kept me updated on the homes that were coming on the market and got me in to see them right away.
