I know when you look at my profile it shows 1 year and no sales recorded for last year. If you hire me as your agent I want you to know that it doesn't relfect on here what i have learned in real estate over the past 7 years. I learned from a broker that has been in the busisness for 25 years and has taught me the way to treat clients and always be available to answer any questions that they might have. Every transaction is so different, most transactions that i have done this year have had some minor problems that I got resolved with being persistant and knowing how to handle them. I also handle all the transactions for the agents in our office. I am a notary and do remote closings for a title company so I understand what comes along with the closing process. So don't let the numbers fool you! I moved to Texas over 25 years ago. I was born and raised in New Jersey. When the opportunity came I moved to Texas and raised my 3 kids and I haven't left yet, so I say Texas is my HOME. My kids are all grown up and are raising their own kids. They are my greatest accomplishment. I have 6 beautiful grandchildren, who are all way smarter than they should be. I love spending any of my free time with them. When I am not with them or working for my clients, I like to hang out at the lake or just be outdoors. When I came to Lakes and Hills Realty 7 years ago as an administrative assistant I had never considered selling Real Estate. So when my broker gave me the opportunity to obtain my real estate license I realized that selling real estate is just like retail sales. You have to know everything about what you are selling to sell it. I learn as much as I can about all the different areas in Burnet and Llano County, what the home values are, the best places to go, and things to do. I am also the Agent that handles all the transactions in our office so I know what the current market is doing. My goal is to make my clients happy and to make their selling or the buying process as easy as possible. I have great instincts, creative ideas, can problem solve and know how to make things happen.
