Sonja was very professional and efficient. We had a contract on our house immediately. We went to closing a month later and it was all done. She took care of everything and put us at ease when some issues popped up with our home. I can't thank her enough.

Sonja was a true godsend when it came to my first time buying a home. She worked around my schedule and me being out of state, often answering my texts after hours knowing I work night shift. She did so much of the leg work when I was overwhelmed. She guided me on what to ask for in negotiations and did double checking and cross referencing with inspection issues even when I indicated that I was too overwhelmed too care and just wanted to give in. She actually cared about doing what was best for me to ensure I walked away happily. I could not recommend her more!!

Sonja had the unique challenge of helping us with building our new West Virginia home while we were stationed overseas. Sonja took care of all of our needs - even doing a video tour of the construction throughout the process and helping us negotiate using power of attorney to close on time and sign settlement documents while we were out of the country.
