I was referred to Jessica by a friend after shopping around for various realtors with no luck. After my first phone calls and email exchanges with Jessica, I felt a strong connection that she was a perfect fit for my home buying needs. I was not local during the process (military, out-of-state), so before my visit to the area, we gauged my interest in various properties to get a feel for what I liked using the Listingbook service. Then during a short weekend trip to the area, we visited a handful of properties and found a great fit based on a home that she thought I would like based on previous discussions through the site visits during the weekend and the Listingbook comments I had made ahead of time. We worked an offer and submitted before the end of the weekend! Being outside of the area, Jessica ensured that everything was taken care of on my behalf -- she coordinated the home inspections, appraisals, home repairs, even home access for cleanings after closing but prior to my arrival in the area (above and beyond, in my opinion), etc. For example, during an excessively warm period in the area after closing, Jessica and her husband, Eric, stopped by the home to ensure that everything was okay, landscape irrigation was functioning and timed properly, etc. -- all to ensure I had the immediate first-time home "pride of ownership" when I arrived a few weeks later and saw MY home for the first time since placing the offer! No details, big or small, were overlooked and this is just one of many instances where it was obvious that Jessica sees her clients as more than just a transaction. Without reservation, I highly recommend Jessica for any real estate business and I look forward to working with her in my future real estate needs.
