    jessica is topnotch ! she has a technique and a specific plan to acheive the very best sale/ purchase price for her clients ! She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of entire processes and jumped thru hoops to help me when i didnt understand something ! we had a bunch of unforseen issues with the buyer/buyers loan company she took quick action and took charge and got everything ironed out asap so closing wouldnt be affected im truley impressed with her abilities !     We used Jessi to sell my mothers home. She was so knowledgeable and kind. I have never bought/sold a house so it was nice to have someone that is always willing to answer questions. Her photographer takes excellent pictures showing your home in the best light. She helped me navigate through offers so I was able to make an informed decision. She has a very optimistic mindset that will keep you on track till closing. We had a few hiccups in inspections but made it through smoothly and closed on time. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy!
