    jessica is topnotch ! she has a technique and a specific plan to acheive the very best sale/ purchase price for her clients ! She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of entire processes and jumped thru hoops to help me when i didnt understand something ! we had a bunch of unforseen issues with the buyer/buyers loan company she took quick action and took charge and got everything ironed out asap so closing wouldnt be affected im truley impressed with her abilities !
