We recently had the pleasure of Alec helping us sell our home. Before our first meeting to discuss, he had already developed a complete marketing plan to ensure our process went smoothly. It went so smoothly, in fact, that a few of the ideas on the marketing plan were not needed because our house was shown multiple times within the first week. His knowledge and attention to detail are impressive, and although he may not be a seasoned professional yet, our house did go on contract 9 days after being listed. He was always open about next steps, providing guidance and recommendations along the way, while still stressing that the decision was ours and we had his full support. He helped us navigate some unique and difficult circumstances while remaining positive and professional. At no point did we feel as if we should have gone with someone more experienced.
