We recently had the pleasure of Alec helping us sell our home. Before our first meeting to discuss, he had already developed a complete marketing plan to ensure our process went smoothly. It went so smoothly, in fact, that a few of the ideas on the marketing plan were not needed because our house was shown multiple times within the first week. His knowledge and attention to detail are impressive, and although he may not be a seasoned professional yet, our house did go on contract 9 days after being listed. He was always open about next steps, providing guidance and recommendations along the way, while still stressing that the decision was ours and we had his full support. He helped us navigate some unique and difficult circumstances while remaining positive and professional. At no point did we feel as if we should have gone with someone more experienced. Alec went out of his way to make us feel like his only client, even helping us move some last minute items out of the home before closing!I would say if you are in the market to either buy or sell, and are looking for someone fresh, energetic, knowledgeable, and caring to deal with, there is no better choice than Alec.

Jessica is very knowledgeable and professional. We had multiple offers, including the successful offer from the eventual buyer, on the house I was selling in a few short days.I was also looking to buy another house with more acreage outside the city, but thought it would take some time to find just the right one after selling the house in the city. Not only were we were able to find the perfect fit in short time, but she was also able to coordinate getting one house sold at then immediately close on me buying the next one so I didnt need to stay in temporary housing during the transition.
