I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2011. You could say I have, in some ways, grown up in this industry. Throughout those 13 years, Keller Williams has always been my home. When asked "Why Keller Williams?" my answer is simple. It's the opportunities that KW has for its associates. There are so many avenues to explore as a Keller Williams member. I started my career as a Director of First Impressions. Then I moved into an operations management role for the top team in our market center. I helped manage the transactions for hundreds of files per year establishing our team as one of the most reliable with client care. After serving in that role for 5 years I moved back into a leadership role as the Market Center Administrator (MCA). I was named the MCA of the Year of the Ohio Valley Region in 2022 before taking on my most recent role - Team Leader. Did I mention I'm also a licensed Real Estate Agent? No other firm would allow me this much opportunity in the span of my career and this is only the beginning. I pride myself on being able to look at any situation from various perspectives which is made possible by my experience with different roles. I consult agents, I train agents and hopefully, get to watch them grow their own opportunity map in the process.
