Thankfully she let us out of the contract. Robert had sold us our house 11 years prior and he immediately came to mind. 11 years ago he was calm, confident, connected, and competent. I sent him an inquiry on his website and he called me back right away and even remembered who I was and the house he sold me. The next day he came over and got to work. Two days later we had a sign in the yard, a photographer taking new pictures and an open house scheduled. Robert sent out our listing to hundreds of realtors. Robert is honest, knowledgeable, and is well established in the industry. His experience and network are invaluable. He is kind, always available to answer questions, and his staff, especially Jessica, are quick, caring, personable. His company runs like a well oiled machine. My only regret was not calling him first. A nice agent is easy to find. An agent like Robert is not. I want to thank Robert and Jessica for everything. He eased so many of my anxieties, answered so many questions, and never make me feel like I was a bother to him. He is such a wealth of information and valuable asset to have. His calm demeanor allows you to feel at ease and makes him so approachable yet is defiantly assertive making sure hes got your back. I will definitely be using his services again if I ever buy or sell. (Although I dont see myself selling this home as it truly is unique and home to me).
