Jessica is great. We went to OC knowing exactly what we wanted, and she took the time to go through my list and mark things off according to her knowledge. She kept us safe from possible issues involving condominium regulations and laws that have changed in Ocean City. She also added things to my list that I did not know about that were recently going on the market. She is knowledgeable about rentals, pricing, and local companies that offer services. Jessica does not push these services, but she provides knowledge and I really liked that about her. She is highly responsive and if I called her, she would call me right back or text that she was going to get back to me asap. Jessica was at settlement with us to answer questions and was just as responsive after settlement. I do Real Estate work (not exactly in that field) and I have had buyers show up and their agents have not bothered to show up. When I asked if she was coming with us she looked at me like I was nuts and that is a good thing. Jessica will be there for you from beginning to end. She will take care of you and I highly recommend her.
