Jess was able to help me beat out 3 competing offers, including a competing cash offer to secure my dream home in Longmont. I was a difficult client because I was interested in finding something architecturally significant with a large lot, space for my Danish furniture collection, and space for the woodworking studio of my dreams. We acted quickly when the perfect home popped up on the market after months of searching, and Jess acted very tactfully to negotiate our winning offer as well as securing concessions to replace the damaged flooring. Jess is a great agent and very skilled in navigating a very competitive market. I'm so happy with my new home and will be using Jess to list our condo for sale next year as well.
