Teddy was on top of the ball from day one! Very attentive to my wants and must-haves, aka my demands. He only offered me property suggestions that were my in line with my "ideal home". Teddy worked diligently to set up showings to accommodate my work schedule. His responsiveness to my inquires were always timely. I never felt like a "neglected client". Teddy was prompt and organized and prepared for a showing, never left me waiting or uninformed or the little details. My own time was respected as I have a very demanding career, so house shopping was extremely tricky, especially since everything is under contract within days!Teddy approached my "purchase", as merely enabling my ability to seek pure elation in my new home, and I never felt that he was focused on compensation. This market is hot and having Teddy during the process really helped me to stay motivated and enjoy home-buying when some negotiations felt draining. In the end, day of closing, I felt like all our hard work had truly paid off. Closing day almost fell apart but Teddy was right in his element, managing the details, and all was well in the end! Teddy was right in my corner, handling all the tough tasks and seeing that I found my "perfect home".
