She listened carefully to the requirements we had for our new home and was attentive to our wishes when it came to possible selections. Always available to show any house that we asked her to, and offering other homes that we hadnt considered, she rearranged her schedule to accommodate ours. Guiding us through all the different processes, her efforts made our home buying experience about as stress free as I imagine it could ever be. When she found out I was a veteran she immediately offered her services as a Homes for Heros affiliated realtor and guided us through that process, which not only saved us money, but showed her dedication to supporting that cause. I cannot highly recommend enough!

Our house had been on the market for six months with another real estate company when we asked Jessica if she would be our new listing agent. The reason we chose Jessica is because when she had shown our house (prior to her having the listing) she always gave the best feedback, letting our agent know what the potential buyer liked and didnt like, and telling our agent what things she did to show our house in the best light. We were very impressed by that fact, and by the many listings Green Acres had around Clinton (and how quickley they seemed to sell.) Jessica was super responsive to us. She also did a little staging of the house. She really went above and beyond in all aspects of the process. We would definitely ask her to be our agent again when we sell our home.
