I'm very hands-on and conducted my own research, inspections (driving around the lots), and pricing of what I wanted to pay for the lots. She did such a great job with our first purchase that we are currently using her again trying to purchase more land elsewhere in the county. She has submitted several offers on different pieces of properties and has been very patient with us throughout the process. She will meet you at the properties so you can walk them. She is a topnotch real estate agent in my book and it is just a matter of time before we have our second purchase with her!
